A un anno di distanza confermo l'eccellente qualità dell'auto acquistata, la totale rispondenza dell'annuncio alla sostanza, l'efficienza e gentilezza del trattamento ricevuto, e la professionalità del sig. Giovanni Giussani che in più di un'occasione post-acquisto mi ha assistito molto gentilmente in alcuni passaggi burocratici. Non ho mai avuto esperienze così positive con alcuna concessionaria prima d'ora.
I purchased a used BMW in September 2020. A year later I confirm the excellent quality of the car purchased, the total correspondence of the advertisement to the substance, the efficiency and kindness of the treatment received, and the professionalism of Mr. Giovanni Giussani who on more than one post-purchase occasion assisted me very kindly in some bureaucratic steps. I have never had such good experiences with any dealership before.
