Ho portato la mia Dacia presso l'officina in questione per una sudorazione di olio dovuta ad una guarnizione difettosa fatta notare dal personale di accettazione. Mi garantiscono che la riparazione era in garanzia e che quindi non avrei dovuto pagare nulla. Al momento del ritiro dell'auto mi comunicano che dovevo pagare € 60,00 perché l'auto non è più in garanzia. Cosa più assurda che è stato effettuato il lavoro senza la mia approvazione previa telefonata. Questo è inaccettabile e non affatto professionale. Inoltre sottolineo la poca chiarezza del capo officina che con me si è comportato malissimo. Il cliente va' ascoltato e trattato con i guanti bianchi e non con senso di arroganza e superiorità. Aggiungo anche che un sorriso del personale è un buon biglietto da visita dell'azienda !!!!!!!!!!! I would like to share my NEGATIVE experience at DACIA CHIAPPETTA. I took my Dacia to the workshop in question due to an oil sweat due to a faulty seal pointed out by the reception staff. They guarantee me that the repair was under warranty and therefore I would not have to pay anything. When picking up the car, they tell me that I had to pay € 60.00 because the car is no longer under warranty. More absurd that the work was carried out without my prior approval by phone call. This is unacceptable and not at all professional. I also underline the lack of clarity of the foreman who behaved very badly with me. The customer must be listened to and treated with white gloves and not with a sense of arrogance and superiority. I also add that a smile from the staff is a good business card of the company !!!!!!!!!!!

The process of buying a car in Italy is very different from the USA My Salesman was Luca Rovito...he is English speaking and an very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me through the process which included picking me up at the train station and coordinating with my insurance agent. This dealership and Luca have my highest recommendation.
