★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice business. Friendly and helpful staff, speaks English (i am non Italian speaker unfortunately) and wants to help. We rented a car and had zero problems with it.
I am usually skeptic about non-chain rentals (big fees, tries to scam you, etc...) but this one is the opposite. Hertz cancelled our reservations and left us without a car and these guys helped us.
