La posizione è strategica, tra Santa Maria Formosa e la Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo; con pochi minuti a piedi, inoltre, si possono anche raggiungere le Fondamenta Nuove, da dove partono ad esempio i vaporetti per le isole. La possibilità del self check-in è sempre molto comoda ed apprezzata da parte mia. La camera singola in cui ho soggiornato è arredata in stile nordico ed è organizzata in maniera molto funzionale; devo dire che anche letto è molto confortevole. Nonostante il bagno sia di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte, la doccia è decisamente spaziosa e comoda. La pulizia è stata impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti. La proprietaria Bruna è una persona veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerei sicuramente a soggiornare nella sua struttura in una mia prossima visita a Venezia. This property is located in a central but quiet area of Venice. The location is strategic, between Santa Maria Formosa and the Basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo; moreover, with a few minutes on foot, you can also reach the Fondamenta Nuove, from where, for example, the water buses for the islands depart. The possibility of self check-in is always very convenient and appreciated by me. The single room I stayed in is furnished in a Nordic style and is organized in a very functional way; I must say that bed is also very comfortable. Although the bathroom is quite small, the shower is very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning was impeccable in all environments. The owner Bruna is a very kind and helpful person. I would definitely return to stay in his facility on my next visit to Venice.

Less than 10 min walk away from San Marco Piazza, and right next to Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo; a plaza with beautiful gothic churches where you can hang out & soak in the magic of Venice. I stayed in a single room which was tastefully decorated; air conditioned & had a powerful shower. I'd come back here next time!

We felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved the location. It is very close to the Rialto bridge and amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

She gave us a lot of good advices for our stay and was really accommodating and reactive all along. I truly recommend her and her accommodations, the flat was great and the location also.

The host Bruna is very helpful in answering any questions that we had and her response time is minutes! She also left us a welcome gift which was a lovely gesture. We would recommend staying here.
