Un GRAZIE al Sig. Maurizio che ha fatto sì che il nostro soggiorno a Venezia fosse indimenticabile. Exceptional structure both for the position and for cleaning and interiors. A stone's throw from the center, we found ourselves at home, my family and I. A THANK YOU to Mr. Maurizio who made our stay in Venice unforgettable.

Sorprendió que nos dejasen las llaves en la recepción al llegar y que no hubiese nadie, solo nos atendieron por un telefonillo. Y si hubiese llegado otra persona antes? Hubiese entrado en nuestra habitación porque en ningún momento nos pidieron nuestro nombre al llegar. El apartamento en si es grande y la parte de atrás da a un canal, lo cual resulta curioso para los que somos de fuera de Venecia. Well located, something difficult to find but through the narrow streets of Venice itself more than because the apartment is badly located. Surprised that they left us the keys at the reception upon arrival and that there was no one, they only attended us by a telephone. And if someone else had arrived before? I would have entered our room because at no time were we asked for our name upon arrival. The apartment itself is large and the back overlooks a canal, which is curious for those of us outside Venice.

The full kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, so it is recommended for those who stay for a few nights. You can feel as if you are living in Venice in a room that looks more like a fashionable condominium than a hotel.

Situé idéalement, d une propreté irréprochable, avec un accueil de Maurizio très sympathique, qui nous a reçu a notre arrivée! On peut voir les gondoles de notre fenêtre...on est proches des restos bars..bref, idéal!! We have just returned from a short stay in Venice where we were very pleasantly surprised by this apartment! Ideally located, impeccably clean, with a very friendly welcome from Maurizio, who received us on our arrival! We can see the gondolas from our window...we are close to restaurants bars...in short, ideal!!
N	Natalie Kriegl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Lage und toller Ausblick auf den Kanal. Hin und wieder kann man die Gondoliere direkt vom Fenster sehen. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Great location and great view of the canal. Every now and then you can see the gondolier directly from the window. Room was cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

A	Alicia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing!! We booked the top floor (4th floor) because there was a private patio (including chairs). This place was nicely tucked in away from the busy street and made it very enjoyable and quiet at night! It was literally two streets (15 secs walk) from the main area! 5 mins away from the Rialto Bridge! It is walkable everywhere! The only downside to this beautiful place is that there is no elevators, therefore if you have mobility issues, and or large suitcases it is ALOT of stairs!
