★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wunderbare mittelgroße zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung gleich um die Ecke von der Rialto Brücke. Liebevoll und stilvol eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Inhaberin Camille war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie war immer per Handy erreichbar, hat uns persönlich bei Rialto abgeholt und zwischendurch sogar süßes Gebäck zum Frühstück vorbeigebracht. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - sogar mit Kaffee und Tee. Selbst für Hochwasseralarm ist die Unterkunft gerüstet - es gibt Plastiküberzüge für die Schuhe, Taschenlampen, Regenschirme. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen mehrtägigen Venedigurlaub.
A wonderful medium sized centrally located apartment just around the corner from Rialto Bridge. Lovingly and stylishly furnished and comfortable. The owner Camille was very nice and helpful, she was always accessible by mobile phone, personally picked us up at Rialto and in between even brought sweet pastries for breakfast. There is a small kitchen, equipped with everything you need - even with coffee and tea. Even for flood alerts the accommodation is prepared - there are plastic covers for the shoes, flashlights, umbrellas. The perfect accommodation for a multi-day holiday in Venice.

Camilla è molto professionale,e c'ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per vivere la città,l'appartamento è situato nel cuore della città ed è in stile veneziano. Bella esperienza,bella città e bella Location. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
We were with my family during the carnival period and I must say we had a great time. Camilla is very professional, and gave us all the information necessary to experience the city, the apartment is located in the heart of the city and is in Venetian style. Beautiful experience, beautiful city and beautiful Location. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Апартаменты очень чистые, две отдельные комнаты, в одной комнате 1 двухспальная кровать + диван, в другой две односпальные кровати. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах работают !!! Обеденная зона, стол, стулья. На кухне газовая плита, холодильник и полный набор посуды для приготовления и еды. Собственная ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Wi-fi работает нормально. В общем есть всё необходимое, кроме стиральной машины, для комфортного проживания на несколько дней. Хозяйка Камилла очень доброжелательная и гостеприимная, накормила очень вкусной выпечкой. Заезд с 14.00, выезд до 10.30.
The apartments are very clean, two separate rooms, in one room 1 double bed + sofa, in the other two single beds. Air conditioners in all rooms work !!! Dining area, table, chairs. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, a refrigerator and a full set of dishes for cooking and eating. Private bathroom with shower. Wi-fi works fine. In general, there is everything you need, except for a washing machine, for a comfortable stay for a few days. Hostess Camilla is very friendly and hospitable, she fed with very tasty pastries. Check in from 2.00 pm, departure until 10.30.
