Tenía una reserva a través de Booking en este apartamento y a 5 días de la estancia cancelaron la reserva para ponerla a un precio más elevado. Alegaron que ninguna de las 3 tarjetas de crédito que les facilité eran válidas (son tarjetas que uso habitualmente). Booking se desentendió completamente. No recomiendo reservar aquí para no verte sin alojamiento a los pocos días de tu viaje.

Apt is located between Rialto and San Marco. Great apt with a 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a balcony. They meet us at Rialto bridge and checked us in. Chiara was very helpful during the checkin process. Grocery store is located nearby and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Highest recommend if you're willing to go more for authenticity and character than for sterile perfection. You will hear some noises early in the mornings as supplies are moved on the canals right outside the front door. The furnishings are antique, and creak, and there are little things to learn about your apartment such as how the door locks, and how to not slam the security doors, etc. The location is absolute perfection if you want to explore Venice by foot. 5 minutes from most things including major waterbus stops, and not much more than 20 minute walks to almost all of historic Venice. 15 minute walk to the train station that unlocks all of mainland italy and europe as well. Want gelato? At least 5 gelato shops within 2 minutes of the front door. Great restaurants favored by locals? 2 minutes from the front door. Want a slice of GREAT pizza for just over 2 euro from the friendliest people ever (Crazy Pizza)? Literally on the corner, not 30 seconds walk from the front door. Finding it for the first time is tricky! They have it figured out though. Detailed instructions on how to get there from the airport are sent in a separate message, including whatsapp contact information. Response times were great, and I was met at the waterbus station for a personal tour back to the room, and tips on sights to see complete with venice map. It could not have been better service. Factor the travel time from airport into your plans so that you aren't rushing to check in for your flight! Give yourself 30 mins extra in case your first choice waterbus is full. Rialto is a nice stop in the middle of the waterbus route so it shouldn't take more than 2 busses to be able to board with your luggage. Attached photo is the side street to the apartment from the main shopping & dining road which is direct to rialto bridge and waterbus stop. Very convenient location, quiet at night.

Great location. Property is is a quiet side street off a bustling main thoroughfare. Close walking distance to attractions. We had air con in the 2 bed terrace apartment so was very comfortable in the hot weather. Apartment was very clean. We had a family of four in the flat (2 adults 2 small children). Wi-fi very strong in this apartment. The building is old (sloping floors in some rooms) but I love how it is tastefully decorated with Venetian furniture. We also stayed in the Comfort apartment (One floor below) as had to change rooms halfway through stay due to some repair works. The tv aerial not working and Wi-fi not so good in this apartment unless you are by the front door. The second bedroom has a bunk bed but the top not really safe for children as the mattress is very thick so it is possible to roll off it, even with side guard, so be warned. The beds were all very comfortable with nice bedding. A cot was provided as requested so kids were comfortable. Kitchenette is a little cramped but had everything we needed to cook small/simple meals. Check in/out process was easy (we were met at waterbus stop and taken to apartment) and both Chiara and Michela were very responsive with any queries/issues. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend checking the flat you are booking has airconif visiting in summer.

Location is great, but staff are a nightmare and the condition of the 1 bed room ground floor flat is poor. The staff is particularly difficult in payment matters and it just makes the entire experience bitter. Avoid if possible. There are plenty options in Venice.

1 star but 0 should be better for the relation with the client. We had a reservation in this hotel that we had to cancel due to covid 19, and the hotel don't want to refund us, and even don't try to find a solution for date transition or anything . You should find another place to stay.
