Leone IX, è il papà che ha perso il controllo degli avvenimenti ed ha legato involontariamente il suo nome alla divisione della chiesa, in cattolica ed ortodossa, anche se in realtà, furono i suoi legati a Konstantinopoli a prendere una simile iniziativa, fedeli alla volontà della linea politica franca di Carlo Magno,e non al papa. L'attribuzione del nome alla chiesa, è una celebrazione dello "scisma politico" del 1054.
Metà dei cristiani (gli ortodossi) la detesterebbero... se sapessero chi si intende per S. L'io.
