★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en tu propia casa, los dueños Elisabetta y Massimo muy amables te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, nos dejaron en el apartamento una botella de vino de bienvenida. Se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio de Venecia desde el apartamento y dispone de una parada de vaporeto al lado del apartamento. Es el mejor apartamento de todos los que hemos estado mi mujer y yo.
The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home, the very friendly owners Elisabetta and Massimo help you in everything you need, they left us in the apartment a welcome bottle of wine. You can walk anywhere in Venice from the apartment and have a steam stop next to the apartment. It is the best apartment of all that my wife and I have been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How wonderful place where is my best stay in Italy. Let me feel at home while I took a trip in Venice. The comfortable bed released my tired. There is a perfect kitchen as well. After dinner, can take a walk around the flat. Easy way to go this apartment , just take a boat (5.2) from station and get off at Celestia. After get off the boat, walk not less 5 mins to get to the place. Besides, the warmest hostess, Carlotta, Massimo, Elisabetta gave our help as long as we raised our questions. If have the chance to come to Venice again, I still will choose here.

Beautifully furnished with all you could need, and more, in terms of equipment. As soon as you enter the apartment you can sense the care and love that went into creating such a wonderful space. Located in a quiet area of Venice but all the major sites can be reached on foot.
Only 100m away from Celestia vaporetto stop. Supermarkets and shops 10 minutes away. A good choice of restaurants located a similar distance in different directions from apartment.
You could not ask for better hosts than Elisabetta and Massimo. They are exceptionally warm and friendly, go out of their way to help in any way possible and make you feel at home.
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Venice while finding all the main attractions easy to get to this is a great option. It would be difficult to find an apartment that is so well equipped and furnished so beautifully with such care and attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful apartment on the north east of Venice. It is metres from a water-bus stop and really only 10 minutes walk from the main attractions. Elisabetta and Massimo have put so much work into laying everything out to help you enjoy your visit and you will be given an enthusiastic Venetian greeting on your arrival. The apartment is in perfect condition and absolutely spotless, while Elisabetta and Massimo are only a call away if you need help or advice. We will be back and I would recommend it to anyone :-)
