Richiesto un piccolo intervento mi è bastato rinviato a dopo pasqua nell' indifferenza più assoluta
Pazienza poteva esserci un rapporto di collaborazione vistoa l'entità di biciclette che
tratto....nessun problema ne ho trovati cinque in poche ore che si sono messi a disposizione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo...ho comprato una bici e pagata 500 euro, e appena comprata mi ha eluso che dopo 24 ore avrei ricevuto la fattura elettronica... é passato un mese e mezzo con ripetute chiamate della fattura nessuna traccia. Con ripetute chiamate fino ad oggi con la moglie/compagna/dipendente che oggi é stata scorbutica e maleducata al telefono.... un mese e mezzo per una fattura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno i furbi, attenzione! Ho comprato una bici per mia figlia, che non riusciva a cambiare i rapporti perché il manettino del cambio era troppo duro. Faccio presente il problema al negozio e mi propongono la sostituzione del manettino con quello di una altra marca. Il meccanico però sotituisce anche il deragliatore posteriore con un qualche fondo di magazzino di marca sconosciuta, che necessita di continue regolazioni. Fate attenzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi , se capiscono che intendi acquistare e spendere ti trattano in un certo modo, se sei in difficoltà e magari chiedi solo un piccolo intervento per gonfiare una gomma ( disposto assolutamente a pagare il dovuto) per loro puoi anche morire. Questo esercizio corrisponde perfettamente a quello che NON dovrebbe essere un negozio di vendita ed assistenza cicli.
