Sono sempre molto disponibili sia telefonicamente che in negozio. Quando ho avuto il problema al cambio Luca si è dimostrato disponibile nell'informarmi delle possibilità di risoluzione del problema mostrandomi due strade molto differenti e mi ha lasciato il tempo di pensare alla via che più avrebbe portato beneficio alle mie uscite. Appena ritirata ho avuto modo di sentire l'ottimo lavoro apportato al mio mezzo! Consigliatissimo, lavori veloci e ben fatti! Ci vediamo presto! Mi è stato risposto che la garanzia non lo comprende, e me lo volevano anche vendere a 35 euro, ma l'ho acquistato identico a 19 euro. Hanno avuto la fortuna che si rompesse da solo, perché se ci fosse stata sopra mia figlia a quest'ora erano in tribunale loro e la BH che le produce. New electric bike (200 km) the kickstand has been cut, as the bike is "good". I was told that the guarantee does not include it, and they also wanted to sell it to me for 35 euros, but I bought it identical to 19 euros. They were lucky enough to break on its own, because if my daughter had been on it by now they were in court and the BH that makes them.

Negozio molto fornito sia come componentistica che come abbigliamento. Ho acquistato una BH Atom X, fatti quasi 4 mila km ed è davvero eccezionale! Lo consiglio a tutti i ciclisti! I wanted to congratulate all the staff of the FreeWheels team led by Luca! Always kind, helpful and very competent! Shop well stocked both as components and as clothing. I bought a BH Atom X, covered almost 4,000 km and it is truly exceptional! I recommend it to all cyclists!

The store was already opened and the store owner was very helpful. He even took photos of my bike to discuss the problem with a friend. We didn't really speak each other's language, but we managed to solve the problem so that I could continue with our tour.

Pronto" how can you get a good customer response if you cant even attend a customer. Too bad as i wanted to rent a bike for my upcoming trip and the guy just shut me down on the phone.

They were super helpful and enormously friendly! If you have a problem with your bike go there and they will help u right away. Best bike repair/shop in Trento - I can tell!! Thanks again for helping out and make our further trip possible.
