Ci ha spedito via senza riparazione, forse perché la bicicletta aveva un altro marchio? O non c'era da guadagnarci abbastanza? Cmq grazie.. Mi hanno fatto interrogatorio per sapere dove avessi comprato il particolare. Dopo mia insistenza mi hanno dato una possibile soluzione. Ho chiesto se potevo essere contattato per sapere della possibile soluzione. Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto chiamare io. Simpatia zero. Professionalità zero. Spero che chiudano. Visited to solve a problem with a part of a used bike owned by me not sold by them. They interrogated me to find out where I bought the detail. After my insistence they gave me a possible solution. I asked if I could be contacted to find out about the possible solution. They told me I should have called. Zero sympathy. Zero professionalism. I hope they close.
C	Claudio Vezzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro per cambiare un copertone e mi guardano di traverso, neppure un saluto...lascio la ebike e torno dopo una settimana a ritirarla, ancora non è pronta, torno dopo un'altra settimana e il copertone è di quelli economici. Valore della bici 3000 €. Non dico niente, ritiro la bici, senza provarla in quanto ero accompagnato vado a piedi spingendo . Il tutto senza un minimo sorriso. Dopo due mesi, nei quali non ho utilizzato la bike, faccio un uscita. Il cambio è un disastro, la catena salta da un corona all'altra, senza motivo. La porto in negozio, entro, mi guardano di traverso, spiego il problema. Mi dicono che non c'entra con la sostituzione della ruota posteriore. Faccio notare che la bici era perfetta, avevo solo forato mentre andavo, il cambio zero problemi, d'altronde ha pochi mesi di vita. Sbuffando e facendomi allontanare smanetta sui meccanismi, e la regola come si deve. E mi dice, non c'entra il cambio del pneumatico, era da regolare, si è disallineato da solo. E di gira senza un saluto, scuro in volto, contrariato. Non avevo denaro con me, e non gli chiedo il conto. Saluto e me ne vado . A mai più signori Baldo. I point out that the bike was perfect, I had only had a puncture while I was going, the gearbox zero problems, on the other hand it has a few months of life. Puffing and making me move away he fiddles with the mechanisms, and regulates it as it should be. And he tells me, the tire change has nothing to do with it, it had to be adjusted, it misaligned itself. And he turns around without a greeting, dark-faced, annoyed. Negli anni mi è capitato altre volte di entrare nel vostro negozio ma la netta impressione che ho avuto è che non voleste far nulla per "conquistarmi". Eppure sono un appassionato ciclista, in casa abbiamo 5 biciclette (l'ultima bici da corsa l'ho comprata il Natale scorso) e abitiamo molto vicino al vostro negozio. Sarebbe bastato pochissimo per ottenere la nostra fedeltà a vita e, per me e la mia famiglia, comodissimo avere un riferimento per le bici così vicino a casa... c'ho pensato bene prima di pubblicare questa recensione, alla fine l'ho fatto perché sono convinto che vi potrà essere utile. Buon lavoro e scusate l'intemerata (ciao Francesca!) I must say that it is a bit true that you are not the best of courtesy. A few years ago I also bought a bike from you. Over the years it has happened to me other times to enter your shop but the clear impression I had is that you did not want to do anything to "win me over". Yet I am a passionate cyclist, we have 5 bicycles at home (the last racing bike I bought last Christmas) and we live very close to your shop. It would have taken very little to get our lifelong loyalty and, for my family and me, very convenient to have a reference for bikes so close to home ... I thought about it before publishing this review, in the end I did because I am convinced that it will be useful to you. Good job and sorry for the intemperate (hello Francesca!)
