Negozio fornito di prodotti di qualità, ma l’abito purtroppo non fa il monaco.
Clima assistenziale e rapporto col cliente asettico, zero proposizione e pazienza da dedicare al cliente se non al momento dell’apertura del portafoglio. Si viene visti come intrusi e viene messa pressione senza consigli validi ad inesperti del settore. Tra l’altro non molto preparati sui modelli in circolazione.
Sono intenzionato ad acquistare un’altra bike ma non lo farò sicuramente da loro, peccato perché è un negozio con prodotti validi (ma non l’unico).
Consiglio acquisti solo ad esperti e unicamente interessati al fine.
Sconsigliato se siete neofiti o cercate uno shop da considerare come punto di fiducia e riferimento.

Shop stocked with quality products, but unfortunately the dress does not make the monk.
Care climate and relationship with the aseptic customer, zero proposition and patience to devote to the customer except at the time of opening the wallet. They are seen as intruders and are put under pressure without valid advice to inexperienced people. Among other things, not very prepared on the models in circulation.
I intend to buy another bike but I will certainly not do it from them, which is a pity because it is a shop with valid products (but not the only one).
I recommend purchases only to experts and only interested in the purpose.
Not recommended if you are newbies or are looking for a shop to be considered as a point of trust and reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scoperta di questo negozio è stata unica. Abbiamo acquistato 2 bici e dire che i ragazzi siano di una gentilezza e professionalità unica è riduttivo. Da anni utiliziamo bici marchio SCOTT ma trovare dei professionisti così è merce rara. Il prodotto si conferma con l'aggiunta di grande professionalità sia per quanto riguarda la preparazione del mezzo che per la parte di garanzia sul prodotto.
Sicuramente torneremo per qualsiasi necessità di natura tecnica e meccanica che per acquistare altri prodotti come abbigliamento o accessori.
Grazie di tutto voi sì che mattete passione in quello che fate.
The discovery of this shop was unique. We bought 2 bikes and to say that the boys are of a unique kindness and professionalism is an understatement. We have been using SCOTT bikes for years but finding professionals like this is a rare commodity. The product is confirmed with the addition of great professionalism both as regards the preparation of the vehicle and the part of the guarantee on the product.
We will certainly come back for any technical or mechanical need or to purchase other products such as clothing or accessories.
