Ho chiesto alcune informazioni al proprietario, ma lui si è mostrato subito molto reticente, sostenendo che ero entrato solo per provarle e poi comprarle online, in maniera molto antipatica. Quindi sono uscito ringraziando.
Pessima esperienza, non lo consiglio!
 I had entered this shop to buy shoes, after asking for information directly from the Hoka website. I asked the owner for some information, but he immediately proved very hesitant, claiming that I had only come in to try and then buy it online, in a very unpleasant way. So I went out thanking.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it!

Entro nel negozio con mio marito chiedendo gentilmente al venditore informazioni tecniche su varie giacche (tipologia del piumino, densità di piuma, materiali, tenuta al freddo al vento...). Il venditore innervosito ed estremamente sgradevole non ci fornisce le informazioni dicendo che se volevo tutte questi dettagli sarei dovuta andare nel negozio fuori dal periodo dei saldi, in quanto lui su un capo saldato al 30% (si parla di giacche di costi di partenza pari a circa 500 Euro, non di monetine) non mi avrebbe fornito tutti questi dettagli. Segnale che oltre a me nel negozio non vi erano altri clienti. A quel punto siamo usciti dopo uno scambio poco simpatico col venditore. Sconsiglio con tutto il cuore.
Grim. Rude and incompetent seller.
I enter the shop with my husband, kindly asking the seller for technical information on various jackets (type of down jacket, feather density, materials, resistance to cold in the wind ...). The nervous and extremely unpleasant seller does not give us the information saying that if I wanted all these details I would have to go to the shop outside the sales period, as he on a garment welded at 30% (we are talking about jackets with starting costs equal to about 500 Euros, not pennies) would not have given me all these details. A sign that there were no other customers in the shop besides me. At that point we went out after an unfriendly exchange with the seller. I do not recommend with all my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrato per cercare un regalo, l'unico motivo per cui il proprietario ha alzato lo sguardo dal computer è stato per aggredirmi verbalmente senza motivo. Per poi non guardarmi più e passare a chiacchierare con un cliente entrato molto dopo. Maleducato e aggressivo. Assistenza zero. Ero entrato convinto di spendere dei soldi, esco senza aver comprato nulla e con la chiara idea di non metterci più piede e sconsigliarlo vivamente a tutti.
Entered to look for a gift, the only reason the owner looked up from the computer was to verbally assault me for no reason. To then stop looking at me and go chat with a customer who came in much later. Rude and aggressive. Zero assistance. I entered convinced that I was spending some money, I go out without having bought anything and with the clear idea of not setting foot on it again and strongly discouraging it at all.
