Sono stati cortesi e professionali, Ma mi hanno venduto una bomboletta omaggio con tanto di scritta GRATIS da 25ml per ben 6 euro. Per onestà metterei 0 stelle, ma purtroppo non è possibile
 Passed by by chance as I was nearby. I asked for advice on how to eliminate the squeak of the bike. They were courteous and professional, but they sold me a free canister with a FREE 25ml message for 6 euros. To be honest I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia mountaibike la prima volta per controllare il mozzo posteriore e mi hanno consigliato di cambiare i cuscinetti del telaio e altre cose che non servivano.
Dopo qualche mese sono tornato chiedendo solo di controllare ed eventualmente riparare il mozzo e loro hanno accettato la bici di lunedì dicendomi di tornare mercoledì preventivandomi una regolazione o una sostituzione del pezzo difettoso.Tornato di giovedì mi dicono (dopo 45 minuti di attesa) che la bici non è stata nemmeno guardata e dopo un altra mezz'ora di attesa mi dicono che non è riparabile e che bisogna cambiare ruota. Mi dispiace lasciare recensioni negative ma la prossima volta preferirei mi dicessero che non hanno tempo o voglia . Mi rendo conto di non essere un cliente che spende un sacco di soldi però non mi sembra corretto essere trattato così. Alla fine ho anche pagato 10 euro. Negozio consigliato per chi pratica sport invernali ma per le bici io andrò altrove.
I took my mountaibike the first time to check the rear hub and they advised me to change the frame bearings and other things that were not needed.
After a few months I came back asking only to check and eventually repair the hub and they accepted the bike on Monday and told me to come back on Wednesday and ask for an adjustment or replacement of the defective part. Back on Thursday they tell me (after 45 minutes of waiting) that bike has not even been looked at and after another half hour of waiting they tell me that it is not repairable and that you have to change the wheel. I'm sorry to leave bad reviews but next time I'd rather they tell me they don't have the time or inclination. I realize I'm not a customer who spends a lot of money, but it doesn't seem fair to be treated like this. In the end, I also paid 10 euros. Recommended shop for those who practice winter sports but for bikes I will go elsewhere.

Well-stocked shop and "all" trained staff. also available on a peak day as it happened to me with the shop full. They really deserve a good one. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni riguardo la disponibilità di attrezzatura da sci alpinismo per il noleggio giornaliero.
Dire che ho parlato con una persona maleducata è dire poco. Mi è stato risposto prima "venga qua di persona", poi alla mia richiesta di avere alcune informazioni aggiuntive circa la disponibilità di numero scarpone /altezza sci mi è stato risposto "si sbrighi, allora dica". Infine le informazioni non mi sono state date, mi è stato risposto "abbiamo tutto quello che serve qua e il noleggio costa 40 euro al giorno "
Inoltre la comunicazione era impossibile perché non si sentiva nulla al telefono e quando ho chiesto di ripetere una frase perché sentivo poco mi è stato risposto in maniera maleducatissimo "mi pare anche a me che capisca poco".
Ho chiuso la telefonata dicendo che di sicuro non noleggerò gli sci in questo negozio e non comprero sicuramente mai nulla qua data la maleducazione con cui sono stata trattata. Sconsiglio a tutti

I closed the phone call saying that certainly does not noleggerò skis in this store and not sure will buy anything here because of the rudeness with which I was treated. I do not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O experiența minunata din care am învățat împreuna. Căutați pe Francesca și pe colegul ei căruia din păcate nu i-am reținut numele dar va va putea spune Francesca ,ea este persoana potrivită pentru aproape orice problema , vorbește frumos , este răbdătoare , atenta la nevoile clientului și vorbește cel puțin trei limbi străine , in concluzie locul perfect de unde sa cumperi accesorii pentru ski sau sa rezolvi probleme cum a fost a mea de termoformare a claparilor.
A wonderful experience from which we learned together. Look for Francesca and her colleague whose name I unfortunately did not remember but Francesca will be able to tell you, she is the right person for almost any problem, she speaks nicely, she is patient, attentive to the client's needs and she speaks at least three foreign languages, In conclusion, the perfect place to buy ski accessories or to solve problems such as my keyboard thermoforming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato un paio di sci usati per mia figlia ed è andato tutto benissimo. Il sabato pomeriggio li ho ordinati online e già lunedì ho potuto ritirarli al negozio di trento dove un commesso molto gentile e preparato mi ha pure regolato gli attacchi. Gli sci sono in ottime condizioni, qualche graffietto ma nulla di che. Veramente bravi !!!!
I bought a pair of used skis for my daughter and everything went great. On Saturday afternoon I ordered them online and already on Monday I was able to collect them at the shop in Trento where a very kind and well-prepared salesman also regulated the attacks. The skis are in excellent condition, some scratches but nothing special. Really good !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la vastissima gamma di scelta di attrezzatura sportiva e le bici sull’Internet quello che fa la differenza è il servizio e la disponibilità del personale. Vedendo in quel negozio sono stato trattato non bene ma di più, mi è stato consigliato un prodotto adatto alle mie esigenze, la disponibilità del personale era eccezionale. Consiglio a tutti appassionati dello sport vivamente questo negozio. Non è il primo e non è l’ultimo acquisto che ho fatto presso questa struttura. Bravo lo staff.
Despite the huge range of choice of sports equipment and bikes on the Internet, what makes the difference is the service and helpfulness of the staff. Seeing in that shop I was treated not well but more, I was recommended a product suited to my needs, the helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this shop to all sports fans. It is not the first and it is not the last purchase I made at this property. Bravo the staff.
