In questa circostanza non abbiamo potuto cambiare la scarpa perché la richiesta è stata rifiutata dalla casa madre (ADIDAS). Comunque abbiamo cercato di venire incontro al cliente offrendogli un consistente sconto sull’acquisto successivo. Il problema probabilmente è dato dal fatto che i campi sintetici determinano un’usura delle calzatura molto più veloce che prescinde dalla qualità della scarpa. Good evening. However, we tried to meet the customer by offering them a substantial discount on their next purchase. The problem is probably given by the fact that the synthetic fields cause a much faster wear of the shoe regardless of the quality of the shoe.
