Solo una cassa aperta. Dare una stella è troppo. Non meritano neanche un quarto. Sono rimasta in fila solo xké non avevo modo di andare in un altra banca. Impiegata rabbiosa. Sembra che ti sta facendo un favore a te. Mentre lei è pagata e tu Sei lì per lasciare soldi non per chiedere l'elemosina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia Cognata è stata come una ladra nel mio unico intento di entrare per guardare in via telematica il mio conto corrente; nella filiale in piazza generale Antonio Cantore di Trento, un signore anziano seduto su una sedia mi ha aggredita urlandomi contro “lei dove va? Non può entrare non può entrare”; non conoscendo questa metodologia, l’ho visto come un abusivo, francamente non capivo chi fosse e il perché di questa aggressione. Aveva tra l’altro la targhetta identificativa girata dal lato vuoto, quindi non potevo nemmeno identificarlo in quanto figura collaboratrice. Ho cercato di spiegare cosa volevo fare e dunque che nn mi serviva un appuntamento per guardare il mio c.c. ma mi ha continuato ad urlare , a questo punto è uscita una dipendente , forse la responsabile e mi sono comunque sentita trattata ingiustamente. Non ci andrò mai più in questa filiale anzi CAMBIO BANCA!!! Buona giornata e auguri
