This morning I waited 1 hour to access the only active counter to make a deposit. The queue was for 5 people. I do not criticize the employee but the management .. If I have to give you a vote it is absolutely insufficient

I went for advice on a first home mortgage. I'm not a customer. Welcomed very well and the advice was complete and clear. Mr. Luca was really friendly and very professional.

Accoglienza ottima.
I'm not a customer, but I went for a consultation on a student loan, something rarely done by banks but Luca was very prepared, he explained everything very well, he had inquired the days before our meeting to make sure that no found unprepared. Excellent welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai vista una cosa del genere. Impiegati maleducati che se ne fregano dei clienti. Gli uffici sembrano un resort siberiano degli anni 80. Attese sempre infinite perché gli impiegati vanno e vengono dalla pausa caffè come pare e piace.
Never seen such a thing. Rude employees who don't care about customers. The offices look like a Siberian resort from the 80s. There are always endless waits as employees come and go from coffee breaks as they please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina entrambi gli sportelli automatici fuori uso. Avevo necessita di versare. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa chiedo informazioni alla cassa 3 per sapere se chiamavano loro o meno, ricevo una risposta in modo scocciato e infastidito, "si accomodi e aspetti". Me ne sono andato.
Ottimo servizio complimenti, bastava una risposta diversa con un po' di modo e avrei capito.
Both ATMs out of order this morning. I needed to pay. After 10 minutes of waiting I ask for information at cashier 3 to find out if they called them or not, I get an answer in an annoyed and annoyed way, "sit down and wait". I am gone.
