★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia poco “professionale” per niente orientata alla soddisfazione del cliente, una settimana fa, ho chiamato telefonicamente per sapere le modalità di emissione di un assegno circolare. Nel pomeriggio mi sono recato in agenzia per la richiesta, ed ovviamente chi mi aveva risposto al telefono se ne guardato bene dal dirmi che questi assegni vengono rilasciati solo al mattino. così mi sono fatto 80 km. (40+40 A.R.), per niente, grazie BPER banca.
Unprofessional agency not at all oriented to customer satisfaction, a week ago, I called by phone to find out how to issue a cashier's check. In the afternoon I went to the agency for the request, and obviously whoever answered the phone took care not to tell me that these checks are only issued in the morning. so I did 80 km. (40 + 40 A.R.), not at all, thanks BPER bank.
