De verlaten gebouwen worden ook gedeeltelijk opgeknapt waardoor de charme van deze plek enigszins verdwijnt Currently busy renovating so not accessible to visitors. Il Mine è un piccolo museo ben fatto, che sa raccontare la storia di questo territorio usando una comunicazione contemporanea. Ciliegina sulla torta è stata la guida di una giovane archeologa preparata e appassionata. E poi c'è l'atmosfera da paese fantasma di Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni. Insomma : da visitare! I thought I was going to visit a mine and instead I found something else! Yet I'm not disappointed. The Mine is a small well-made museum, which knows how to tell the history of this territory using contemporary communication. The icing on the cake was the guidance of a trained and passionate young archaeologist. And then there is the ghost town atmosphere of Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni. In short: to visit!
