★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata questo pomeriggio per comprare un seresto inferiore 8 kg. Mi hanno fatto pagare 36€ mentre in un altro negozio della zona a 27.90€. Non ho parole.
Quindi a suo dire tutti i negozi hanno collari in scadenza.
I went there this afternoon to buy a lower 8 kg seresto. They charged me € 36 while in another shop in the area at € 27.90. I have no words.
So according to him, all the shops have collars that are expiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio vecchio e brutto, male illuminato e mal tenuto, dove la merce è ammassata in maniera disordinata: assurdamente, gli alimenti per i cani sono nella stessa corsia di quelli dei gatti rendendo facile sbagliare.
E' però molto fornito, anche se i prezzi sono gli stessi di quelli praticati nei punti vendita delle grandi catene.
La nota più dolente riguarda il personale: tre individui (due donne e un uomo) scorbutici, scostanti, musoni e sgarbati.
Dopo varie esperienze negative, ho deciso di non andarci più.
Fa piacere vedere che il proprietario ha molto tempo a disposizione per rispondere tempestivamente alle critiche su Google ma non ne ha per occuparsi con attenzione (ed educazione) dei clienti.
Old and ugly shop, badly lit and poorly maintained, where the goods are piled up in a disorderly way: absurdly, food for dogs is in the same aisle as those for cats making it easy to make mistakes.
However, it is very well stocked, even if the prices are the same as those charged in the stores of the large chains.
The most painful note concerns the staff: three individuals (two women and a man) grumpy, unfriendly, sulky and rude.
After various bad experiences, I have decided not to go there anymore.
It's nice to see that the owner has a lot of time to respond to criticism on Google in a timely manner but does not have the time to take care (and education) of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in quanto incuriosita dal nome, ma devo dire che ho trovato il negozio molto sporco e con molta confusione tra gli scaffali.
Poca scelta per i giochi e tutto disposto molto male.
Sicuramente non paragonabile alle catene che sono situate a pochi passi da li.

I entered because I was intrigued by the name, but I must say that I found the shop very dirty and with a lot of confusion among the shelves.
