2 hours to do a breast ultrasound! During the echo, between one image and another, the operator looked at messages on her cell phone !! Between the ultrasound and the "visit" 30min of waiting, naked and lying on the bed. The doctor comes, "visits" me for 2 seconds without asking any questions. On the finding, he writes that it is unchanged !!! I wonder .... unchanged about what if he didn't even ask me to see the previous exams !!!! A shame!!!

Never again ? .... I state that it is not the first time I go there. I always carry out the annual check in this structure, although it is not a comfortable place to park the car and also at a high price (€ 2 the first h and € 3 the following). I arrive at the appointment and go to the reception, deal with the administrative procedures and take a seat. Almost immediately they let me in to do the ultrasound, the speech was completely different ... suddenly the crowded waiting room is all there and everything freezes. They no longer call and after almost 2 hours of waiting the spirits begin to heat up. After 7 months of waiting for a pregnant woman with a thrombosis and after a long waiting period, she was told that there was an incomprehension with the doctor who had to visit her and therefore had to leave. Another lady gets up to leave and asks for a refund and follows others. The justly mortified employees apologize, but nevertheless people go away. Since the parking meter had now expired and I had to walk a kilometer, I decided to ask for a refund too. They block me by telling me that I am immediately killed and I accept, although with great apprehension about the possible fine. Once finished, I say that I cannot wait for the visit because of the car and I ask for the reports to be sent home. And I go away, visibly annoyed. Surprised the reports and the voice breastfeeding: nothing found on palpation of the breasts. Lie, because they didn't even touch me. I won't go to that place anymore. Unfortunately, they make more appointments than necessary and then confusion and waiting reign supreme. Too bad it was once a good center ....

Nervous and very long wait! A delay of more than 1 hour and a half compared to the appointment fixed at a specific time is inadmissible !!! Very superficial, it seems that they only care about reaching certain numbers of diagnostic tests. During the exam they were really bad. Not even in the shred of professionalism. They left me in the room for over half an hour and I had to call them because they forgot about me, I could hear them laughing and joking in the next room. The doctor apologized saying he had to go and turn up the power switch. Stuff beyond belief !!! To be avoided absolutely !!!

I have been going there for years and I know that speed has never been their strong point, but if there is quality, you can go over it. But this time ... after waiting about an hour (and all the people in the waiting room complained of a significant delay) I am called, and directed to a room different from the usual. There in the doctor he gives me a very quick visit, first manual then by ultrasound, and not with their usual specialized machinery but with the very common probe typical of ultrasound examinations! To my perplexity the doctor replied that they were late and that in any case nothing changed because he was always taking the exam ... for me this speech makes little sense because the visit was objectively hasty (I will have been inside with difficulty 5 minutes) and done with a less precise instrument and not up to what they have ... and as I said at the beginning I go to them precisely for the greater accuracy. And why do I have to receive a worse service for a delay not mine, of course always paying the usual price? Finally, confusion and restlessness among the reception staff. The feeling is that they are letting go, I hope they manage to get back on track.

Women's health diagnostics center that tries to keep costs low for those basic and non-postponable checkups for us women (eg breast ultrasound and mammograms). Over the years I have had to wait between 30 and 60 minutes before being able to carry out the visit, but I found myself in front of experienced and competent doctors, an element not to be overlooked in the evaluation.

They have a completely studied technique .... every time I went for an exam, making an appointment and explaining what I have to do and agreed on the price by telephone, then when I arrived on the spot I do the exam and the price increases, they make you come back to pay an addition. The wait is interminable and excruciating, I will not return and I recommend everyone to be careful because there are many better centers with an honest price and excellent service; what happens in there is nothing short of shameful.
