Al che mi sono arrabbiata e mi hanno risposto che durava 20 min ma la preparazione era quello che allungava i tempi.. se fossero stati più chiari avrei valutato e invece dopo aver trascorso 2 ore inutili scopro che la stanza non era disponibile, mi sono arrabbiata ancora di più e ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma nessuno ha fatto nulla. La prima riguarda il sistema prenotazione, che lascia a desiderare poiché dà orario generico e ciò va contro corrente alle norme anti covid. La seconda pecca consiste nel poco controllo sui pazienti in attesa per il corretto uso dei dispositivi a ti covid... Ma la cosa che più mi ha stupito è appena successa, ho chiamato per informazioni di un esame (in seguito ad una telefonata scortese con iodice a curti) (quindi già avevo il malumore) e invece mi ha risposto una signora molto dolce e professionale, e mi ha "accolta" con il sorriso, è stata in grado di spiegarmi tutto con molta simpatia ed educazione! P. S. (Alla fine purtroppo l'esame da me richiesto non lo fanno, ma sarei venuta con enorme piacere, e per qualsiasi esame futuro so già dove andare!) Appuntamento dato alle 14 esame fatto alle 17, solo una persona prima di noi. Non ha parcheggio se non a pagamento. Trovare un centro migliore di questo non è difficile. Dopo aver fatto delle analisi una settimana fa, in condizioni poco igeniche, l'infermiera senza guanti e mascherina, ed aver avuto un livido sul braccio dovuto dalle analisi fatte in modo barbaro,mi reco in struttura nel giorno e l'ora che da LORO mi era stato indicato per ritirare le analisi, la risposta dopo un'ora di attesa "signorina le analisi non sono pronte". Le analisi erano urgenti in quanto il soggetto potrebbe essere celiaco dopo uno scampato shock anafilattico. Poca serietà.
