Ho acquistato in saldo una borsa di lana e dopo soli due giorni mi sono accorta che era fallata. L'ho riportata in "boutique" e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata attivata l'assistenza che però ha negato il difetto. MAI PIÙ MIA BAG! Siccome non ero presente durante l'acquisto le commesse le hanno venduto una borsa difettosa. Domani andrò insieme a mia figlia per cambiarla. I don’t speak Italian so the transaction was done via email and PayPal. When my bag was completed, it was shipped immediately and I received it the next day. I’m always getting compliments on it. The Rome store is so cute btw .
