Mi chiedo come mai in un negozio così rinomato ci siano delle commesse così maleducate.....Non sono stata neanche in grado di dire cosa pensavo di poter cambiare che mi hanno assalito dicendo che avevano detto a tutte le clienti ( io ovviamente non lo sarò mai più) che il cambio sarebbe potuto avvenire solo fino al 4 gennaio per via dei saldi. Peccato che alla persona che l'aveva acquistata avevano detto solo che il cambio era possibile SEMPRE tranne il sabato e la domenica. Non ultimo le due commesse hanno anche insinuato che volessi fare un cambio durante i saldi per averne un beneficio......no comment. Pessime. They gave me a nightgown for Christmas since it was tight and I went to change it on January 16th. I wonder why in such a renowned shop there are such rude orders ..... I was not even able to say what I thought I could change that they attacked me saying that they had told all the customers (I obviously don't. I will never be again) that the change could only take place until January 4th due to the sales. Too bad that the person who bought it was only told that the change was ALWAYS possible except on Saturdays and Sundays. Last but not least, the two orders also implied that I wanted to make a change during the sales to have a benefit ...... no comment. Worst.
