La titolare Micol e la sua assistente sono state bravissime a "gestire" 24 persone che cucinavano insieme, guidandoci e mettendoci a proprio agio! Alla fine della preparazione ci ha spiegato le varie ricette che poi abbiamo assaggiato! Serata molto divertente, super consigliato! Brave!! Beautiful experience! I participated in a lesson organized by a pharmaceutical company, autumn team building! The owner Micol and her assistant were great at "managing" 24 people cooking together, guiding us and putting us at ease! At the end of the preparation he explained the various recipes that we then tasted! Very entertaining evening, super recommended! Brave !!

Sono mesi (se non quasi due anni) che cerco di capire quando si svolgono i corsi ma ogni volta é un´impresa destreggiarsi fra il sito (scarsissimo!), facebook e instagram (non molto migliori), il piú delle volte rinunciando a cercare oltre. Non si capisce a chi la scuola si rivolga e se ci sia un reale interesse a farsi conoscere dal pubblico. Peccato perché in questo momento a Udine non c´é molta offerta di corsi di cucina, ma ovviamente alcuni concorrenti hanno fiutato l´affare e riempito in parte i buchi. La mia é una critica costruttiva che saró ben lieta di cambiare speriamo presto! Honestly, digital communication can really be improved. For months (if not almost two years) I try to understand when the courses are held but every time it is a challenge to juggle the site (very scarce!), Facebook and instagram (not much better), most of the time giving up looking beyond. It is not clear who the school is turning to and if there is a real interest in making itself known to the public. Too bad because at the moment in Udine there is not much offer of cooking classes, but obviously some competitors have sniffed the deal and partially filled the gaps. Mine is a constructive criticism that I will be happy to change hopefully soon!
