★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato e mi è stato chiesto di inviare una mail. Così ho fatto ma non hanno risposto. Inoltre, dopo la mia seconda telefonata per avere semplicemente dei dati relativi alle vendite del mio libro (che non ho mai avuto in quasi un anno) mi hanno risposto in modo sgarbato che non potevano darmi quei dati e di sentire direttamente la casa editrice la quale, nonostante abbia chiesto più volte i dati non li ha mai ricevuti da Mescat.
Non esiste il rapporto col cliente.
Sconsiglio vivamente.
I called and was asked to send an email. So I did but they didn't respond. Also, after my second phone call to simply get some sales data for my book (which I have never had in almost a year) they replied rudely that they could not give me that data and to hear directly from the publishing house which , despite having asked for the data several times, he never received them from Mescat.
There is no relationship with the customer.
I strongly advise against.
