★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un interessante monumento, molto particolare per la sua grandezza del blocco marmoreo, scolpito su diversi lati. Molto bella la statua della Vittoria che svetta verso i palazzi e il cielo, eseguita in bronzo.
An interesting monument, very particular for its size of the marble block, carved on different sides. Very beautiful is the statue of Victory that stands out towards the buildings and the sky, made in bronze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il monumento dedicato ai Caduti della Guerra, è realizzato in marmo bianco di Carrara, E' formato da una vasca rettangolare poi un grande blocco in marmo grezzo scolpito, su un lato sino scolpiti i soldati mentre sollevano a braccia un cannone lungo un sentiero; dall’altro lato c'è un milite a torso nudo con scudo. Sul lato difronte al municipio e a piazza Giacomo Matteotti vi una scalinata dove troviamo la lapide commemorativa. In alto svetta imponente verso il cielo, la Vittoria alata in bronzo. Davvero bellissima la scultura in bronzo!
The monument dedicated to the Fallen of the War, is made of white Carrara marble. It is formed by a rectangular basin then a large block in rough carved marble, on one side the soldiers are sculpted while lifting a cannon along a path; on the other side there is a shirtless soldier with a shield. On the side in front of the town hall and in Piazza Giacomo Matteotti there is a staircase where we find the commemorative plaque. At the top, the bronze winged Victory stands majestically towards the sky. The bronze sculpture is really beautiful!
