★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Edi è una padrona di casa meravigliosa. La colazione concorreva a essere il momento più felice della giornata! La posizione è ottima e il b&b è curatissimo, ricavato da una residenza storica del 1300. Ripassando da Sarzana per il Festival della Mente tornerò sicuramente!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Das Frühstück war super! Aussergewöhnlich lecker und persönlich. Wir hatten das Gefühl bei unserer Nonna zu wohnen. Es gab frisch gebackene Kuchen (glutenfrei) und auch vegane Brioches die dazu noch köstlich geschmeckt haben. Dazu jeden morgen frisches Obst. hach, wenn ich an die Tage in B&B Matteotti zurück denke wünschte ich mich sofort dorthin. Wir (5köpfige Familie) können das B&B Matteotti von Herzen empfehlen..

Lovely place, exceptional location. Edy's welcome, kindness and sweetness made our holiday a holiday to remember. Historic building from the 1300s, it offers a breathtaking view of the main square. Breakfast, cleanliness, value for money, beyond expectations. Thanks Edy! Stefania and Camilla.

Ci si sente davvero come a casa propria in questo edificio del 1300 sulla bella piazza Matteotti, piena di vita.
Colazione abbondante e con squisite brioches fatte in casa, anche alle 7 del mattino.
Consigliatissimo!!
Mrs Edy was a perfect host! She was kind, generous, helpful and punctual in everything.
You really feel at home in this 14th century building on the beautiful Piazza Matteotti, full of life.
Hearty breakfast with delicious homemade brioches, even at 7 am.

The bnb is located on the second floor of a splendid aristocratic palace overlooking Piazza Matteotti.
Very kind and very professional staff.
Edy will be able to give you excellent advice on places to see and the best restaurants of Sarzana & surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: - immaculate property - rich breakfast - typical Italian house with classic furniture and beautiful paintings - adorable and helpful host - free parking nearby - restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops few metres from the location - by car, close to the sea, 5 terre and other hidden gems in the forests. Negative: Nothing to complain!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful room with a view! We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Matteotti, the owner Edy was incredible kind with us and our beloved dog. The breakfast was incredible generous and delicious, we had a warm welcome and felt sad to leave the day after. Highly recommended!
