Locale che propone una ristorazione semplice, basata su materie prime di alta qualità e che strizza l’occhio alle proposte alle tendenze più attuali, un evergreen le focaccie farcite! Ottime. Sonò veramente da non perdere i Dolci. Super consigliato. Nestled in the historic center of Sarzana, we find I Fondachi inside the historic Palazzo Remedi. A restaurant that offers simple catering, based on high quality raw materials and that gives a nod to the latest trends, an evergreen stuffed focaccia! Excellent. I really did not miss the Desserts. Super recommended.

Ci tornerò sicuramente! I didn't have a chance to try the focaccias, but the fish carpaccio was excellent: balanced and balanced flavors, average prices, magical atmosphere. Non do 5 stelle Perché il locale è davvero molto rumoroso quando è pieno e questo dà un po' fastidio perché non si riesce a comunicare in particolare se si è seduti a un tavolo già di 5 persone. m	monica mondini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nel centro storico di Sarzana si trova questa "focacceria". ambiente molto particolare,l 'interno sembra un antico convento, con volte e pilastri. potete trovare una basta selezione di focacce farcite, molto gustose. i piatti sono limitati e sono soprattutto quelli della cucina tradizionale. il servizio è stato un po' lento ma i piatti sono di ottima qualità e il proprietario è veramente eccezionale, molto simpatico e disponibile. esperienza da ripetere. in the historical center of Sarzana there is this "focacceria". very particular environment, the interior looks like an ancient convent, with vaults and pillars. you can find just enough selection of stuffed buns, very tasty. the dishes are limited and are above all those of traditional cuisine. the service was a bit slow but the dishes are of excellent quality and the owner is truly exceptional, very nice and helpful. experience to be repeated.
