★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo luogo di accesso al centro di Sarzana in via Bertoloni. Sì trova in un edificio antico davanti a un torrione con un bel giardino sottostante. Al di fuori della porta di trova un grosso parcheggio che è il migliore per accedere a Sarzana.
Beautiful access point to the center of Sarzana in via Bertoloni. It is located in an ancient building in front of a tower with a beautiful garden below. Outside the door there is a large parking lot which is the best for accessing Sarzana.

Sulla sinistra c'è Torrione Stella sulla destra Torrione Genovese.
Appena attraversata la "Porta" si percorre Via Bertoloni terminata la quale si arriva in Piazza Matteotti dove ha sede il Comune.
It is one of the two access gates to the historic center of Sarzana.

As soon as you cross the "Door" you go along Via Bertoloni, after which you arrive in Piazza Matteotti where the Municipality is based.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivolta sulla strada per per Parma non colpisce per l'architettura. Nei pressi un parcheggio per raggiungere il centro di Sarzana in due minuti.
Revolt on the road to Parma is not striking for its architecture. Nearby there is a parking lot to reach the center of Sarzana in two minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porta Parma è il punto di accesso dal lato nord/ovest al centro storico di Sarzana: dove si possono trovare bellissime chiese, palazzi storici, piazze molto interessanti e belle, vie belle e ricche di fascino. In tempi remoti era da collegamento alle storiche Via Francigena e Via del Sale che collegavano Liguria, Toscana, ed Emilia Romagna. Porta Parma congiungeva i due torrioni, il Torrione Genovese o più conosciuto come S.Giorgio ed il Torrione Stella edifici di fortificazioni e difesa. Sembra che Sarzana avesse altre due porte, non più esistenti, porta del Mare, che sorgeva nell'attuale piazza San Giorgio e la porta dei morti, che sorgeva nei pressi della chiesa s.Francesco, con intorno tutte le sue mura. Dal lato opposto troviamo Porta Romana anch'essa da accesso al centro storico!...
Porta Parma is the access point from the north / west side to the historic center of Sarzana: where you can find beautiful churches, historic buildings, very interesting and beautiful squares, beautiful streets full of charm. In ancient times it was a link to the historic Via Francigena and Via del Sale that connected Liguria, Tuscany, and Emilia Romagna. Porta Parma joined the two towers, the Genoese tower or better known as San Giorgio and the Stella tower, fortification and defense buildings. It seems that Sarzana had two other doors, no longer existing, Porta del Mare, which stood in the current Piazza San Giorgio and the Porta dei morti, which stood near the church of San Francesco, with all its walls around it. On the opposite side we find Porta Romana which also gives access to the historic center! ...
