Esperienza da dimenticare … sconsiglio per chi sta in vacanza per mancanza di attenzione al cane e ai padroni in difficoltà! La dottoressa deve capire che non stanno tutti ai suoi comodi…… Lack of punctuality and hospitality. Abbiamo smarrito il nostro cane, la clinica ci chiama e ci dice che è stato ritrovato e di venirlo a prendere… arriviamo alla clinica e il nostro cane non c’è!!! La superba veterinaria ha deciso di non tenerlo e di lasciarlo a chi l’ha trovato (fortuna nostra che il cane è rimasto in buone mani)… In tutto ciò vogliamo aggiungere la seconda chiamata da parte della veterinaria in cui diceva che il cane c’è lo avrebbe lasciato solo con i documenti annessi… però lasciarlo a una sconosciuta e non tenerlo si!! Ringrazia che ho ritrovato il mio cane, ringrazia!!! Chi non ama gli animali non è umano!! Experience nothing short of creepy, if you don't have love for animals you won't open a veterinary office !!! SHAMEFUL!! We have lost our dog, the clinic calls us and tells us that it has been found and to come and get it ... we arrive at the clinic and our dog is not there !!! The superb veterinarian has decided not to keep it and to leave it to whoever found it (our luck that the dog remained in good hands) ... In all this we want to add the second call from the veterinarian in which she said that the dog is there is he would have left it alone with the attached documents ... but leave it to an unknown and not keep it! E quando abbiamo deciso di farla addormentare, sono stati gentilissimi, professionali e disponibili. They are very kind and very competent. They managed to give another 4 months of super dignified life to a diabetic dog, with a tumor and a thousand other problems. And when we decided to put her to sleep, they were very kind, professional and helpful.
F	Filippo Campione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non volevo farla la recensione dopo lesperienza a dir poco pessima avuta qualche anno fa dopo che il ragazzo che ha messo i punti all'orecchio al mio cane sono saltati immediatamente, oltretutto dopo averlo maltrattato e strattonato piu volte, a suo dire perché il cane non stava fermo. Costo 300E. Stamattina ho avuto la conferma di quanto supponevo, l'aneddoto? Stamattina il mio cane ingoia un amo da pesca, chiamo lo studio e mi dicono di andare durgenza. Talmente urgenza che mi fanno aspettare fuori 15 minuti perché non sono ancora in studio. Dopo una lastra nella quale si vedeva benissimo l'amo giustamente decidono di farne un'altra, "che non vuoi guadagnarci il più possibile!". Cosa mi dicono alla fine, "vada in un'altra clinica per far levare l'amo". Per onestà non potevate dirmelo prima che voi non potevate farci niente per questo tipo di problema?!!! Il prezzo fattomi pagare per la chiamata "d'urgenza " 60E. costo per 2 radiografie 45+35 alla seconda mi hanno addirittura fatto lo sconto? PERSONALE CHE SPECULA SULL'AMORE CHE A BIAMO PER I NOSTRI ANIMALI. I did not want to review it after the very bad experience I had a few years ago after the guy who put the stitches on my dog's ear jumped immediately, moreover after having mistreated and jerked him several times, according to him because the dog does not stood still. Cost 300E. This morning I had confirmation of what I assumed, the anecdote? This morning my dog swallows a fish hook, I call the studio and they tell me to go hard. So urgent that they make me wait outside for 15 minutes because I'm not in the studio yet. After a slab in which you could see very well I love her rightly they decide to make another one, "you don't want to earn as much as possible!". What they tell me at the end, "go to another clinic to get the hook off". To be honest, you couldn't tell me before you couldn't do anything about this kind of problem? !!! The price I paid for the "emergency" call 60E. cost for 2 x-rays 45 + 35 per second they even gave me a discount? STAFF SPECULATING ABOUT THE LOVE WE HAVE FOR OUR ANIMALS.
M	Manuela Manno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dott.ssa Paoletti - proprietaria di questa Clinica veterinaria - dimostra una grande competenza professionale e, non da ultimo, tanta sensibilità, sia nei confronti degli animali che nei confronti dei proprietari. E' affiancata da colleghi altrettanto preparati. Il personale tutto è attento, molto cordiale, preciso e disponibile. Va detto che la Dottoressa è sempre in ascolto, anche di notte. Basta un messaggio su WhatsApp e lei è presente. Io dopo anni, penso che sia una donna con superpoteri e che non abbia bisogno di dormire :-). Inoltre, io vivo a Roma e porto i miei piccoli solo da lei. Non che a Roma non ci siano veterinari eh...:-). Consiglio vivamente - a chi ha necessità anche solo di un controllo -questa Clinica. Rimarrete soddisfattissimi! Dr. Paoletti - owner of this veterinary clinic - demonstrates great professional competence and, last but not least, a lot of sensitivity, both towards animals and towards owners. She is supported by equally prepared colleagues. The staff are all attentive, very friendly, precise and helpful. It must be said that the Doctor is always listening, even at night. Just a message on WhatsApp and she is there. After years, I think she is a woman with superpowers and that she doesn't need to sleep :-). Also, I live in Rome and I take my little ones only to her. Not that there aren't any veterinarians in Rome eh ... :-). I highly recommend - to those who need even just a check-up - this Clinic. You will be very satisfied!
