Alla nostra disperata reazione non siamo state assistite ne con parole di conforto ne tantomeno con un bicchiere d’acqua. Le due segretarie si sono limitate a farmi notare che ci avevano praticato uno sconto. Ho dovuto pagare subito e portarmi via il cane morto per una tac. My experience was dramatic. I went with my dog to the clinic for a CT scan And they managed to kill him. For a Tac. To our desperate reaction we were not assisted with words of comfort nor with a glass of water. The two secretaries just pointed out to me that they had given us a discount. I had to pay right away and take the dead dog away for a scan.

Non finiremo mai abbastanza di ringraziare la dr.ssa Gallucci e la dr.ssa Esposito per aver salvato la vita al nostro coniglietto Fiocco affetto da encephalitozoon batterica. Lo hanno tenuto ricoverato presso questa struttura 1 settimana e grazie alla loro competenza e professionalità, ENORME pazienza, alle giuste cure costanti ed amore (cosa non scontata) giorno dopo giorno è riuscito ad avere miglioramenti e a sentirsi meglio. È difficile trovare medici veterinari così umili, professionali, umani, competenti e di cui ci si possa fidare ciecamente e così è stato per noi. Grazie per averci supportato e sopportato, la paura che Fiocco non potesse farcela era veramente tanta, ma dopo aver conosciuto loro e averlo messo nelle loro mani tutto magicamente è cambiato. Grazie anche alle segretarie super professionali e gentili! 5 stars are too few! We will never finish enough to thank Dr. Gallucci and Dr. Esposito for saving the life of our bunny Fiocco suffering from bacterial encephalitozoon. They kept him hospitalized at this facility for 1 week and thanks to their competence and professionalism, HUGE patience, the right constant care and love (which is not obvious) day after day he managed to have improvements and to feel better. It is difficult to find veterinarians who are so humble, professional, humane, competent and who can be blindly trusted and so it has been for us. Thank you for supporting and enduring us, the fear that Fiocco could not make it was really great, but after meeting them and putting him in their hands everything magically changed. Thanks also to the super professional and kind secretaries!
m	massimiliano bobetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono deluso da morire da questa clinica, me l’avevano consigliata per il mio cane ma che hanno fatto morire senza dare nemmeno una spiegazione di ciò che aveva, perché il loro vero interesse erano solamente i soldi. Dispiace dirlo ma la vita del mio cane era più importante dei soldi e abbiamo provato il tutto per tutto senza mai sapere perché il nostro cane nonostante tutto si è ritrovato nella stessa situazione iniziale. Hanno fatto di tutto pur di toglierci soldi, provando solamente quando la situazione si fece tragica a fare determinate visite che andavano fatte prima. Semplicemente schifato la vita di un’anima le vale molto di più, non la consiglierò a nessuno. Fate attenzione a chi portate i vostri animali, in bocca al lupo. Ah dimenticavo, anche dei miei famigliari hanno avuto dei problemi, non semplici, con loro sempre! I am disappointed to death by this clinic, they recommended it to me for my dog but they made him die without giving even an explanation of what he had, because their real interest was only the money. Sorry to say but my dog's life was more important than money and we tried everything without ever knowing why our dog found himself in the same initial situation despite everything. They did everything to take away our money, trying only when the situation became tragic to make certain visits that had to be made before. Simply disgusted, the life of a soul is worth much more, I will not recommend it to anyone. Be careful who you bring your pets, good luck. Oh I forgot, even my family have had problems, not simple, with them always!

Ho riscontrato massima professionalità. Diversi problemi di salute della mia cagnolina sono stati brillantemente risolti. A tutti loro il mio grazie. Excellent. 1) respond in the right time to telephone calls with kindness and availability, 2) welcome with respect and attention, 3) clearly and comprehensively explain the problems to be faced, 3) contacts and communication even after visits, therapies or other. I found maximum professionalism. Several health problems of my dog have been brilliantly resolved. My thanks to all of them.

Dopo sole 6 ore era di nuovo con me, tutto risolto. La dottoressa lo ha curato e ci ha anche giocato insieme lasciandolo libero nella sua stanza! Esperienza eccellente, consigliatissimo per animali esotici e non! Exceptional doctors! I left my bunny in an intestinal block and was immediately looked after professionally. After only 6 hours he was back with me, all solved. The doctor treated him and even played with him, leaving him free in his room! Excellent experience, highly recommended for exotic and non-exotic animals!

Ha curato più più e PIÙ volte il nostro coniglietto come se fosse il suo. Siamo (probabilmente) usciti da un calvario di ascessi solo grazie alla sua bravura e passione e il probabilmente è dovuto solo al fatto che il mio coniglietto è un macello che si fa venire ascessi enormi per un minuscolo taglietto. Ricoveri, rx, interventi e farmaci ad un prezzo veramente modico che da qualunque altro veterinario esotici avrei pagato il doppio o il triplo. He treated our bunny over and over again like it was his own. We (probably) came out of an ordeal of abscesses only thanks to his skill and passion and the probably only due to the fact that my bunny is a mess that gets huge abscesses for a tiny cut. Hospitalizations, x-rays, operations and drugs at a very low price that from any other exotic vet I would have paid double or triple. Thank you thank you thank you for love, care and competence.
