Io ho sempre avuto accesso, tramite il Fondo Est, e mi sono trovato sempre bene riscontrando professionalità nei dottori e all'accettazione. Ritiro referti veloce ed efficiente. Per prenotare le visite, ho sempre usato la pagina internet dell'assicurazione sanitaria e dopo neanche 24 ore mi veniva confermato l'appuntamento, sempre entro una decina di GG dalla prenotazione. Leggo tante recensioni negative, sarò stato fortunato ma per me lavorano molto bene e per ora sono soddisfatto del loro operato. Prenoto una rmn in regime privato (402 euro) perché avevo bisogno in fretta dei risultati. Mi assicurano che si prendono 2 giorni, ma in regime privato arriverà già il giorno dopo. Vado a fare rmn (personale gentile ma un'ora di ritardo) e richiedo di consultare i risultati online, perché abito lontano e non posso muovermi fisicamente (ragione per cui sto facendo la rmn). Mi assicurano che mi arriverà un messaggio e che potrò consultare il mio referto. Dopo 3 giorni non arriva nulla, allora chiamo e scopro che delle 2 rmn fatte UNA È CONSULTABILE ONLINE MENTRE L'ALTRA È DA RITIRARE A MANO! Mi dicono anche che non si può più fare nulla, è scolpito nella pietra e devo andare a ritirarle così. Perplessa e impossibilitata richiamo e questa volta mi assicurano che andranno a parlare con i dottori responsabili e mi faranno avere i codici per consultare online i referti. Bellissimo, peccato che non arriva ancora nulla. Richiamo e questa volta, a 5 giorni dalla rmn, mi dicono che non sanno veramente se il referto è pronto oppure no. Ho pagato QUATTROCENTODUE euro per un servizio (brutto) che avrei potuto avere alla metà del prezzo con gli stessi tempi. M	Monica Abeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto un buon giudizio di Meditel nel corso di questi anni MA forse qualcosa è cambiato e non funziona....Se dopo 15 giorni di attesa ho un foglio per ritirare un referto dal venerdì sera dopo le 18,00 e mi reco la mattina dopo (sabato) non mi posso sentire dire allo sportello che "la data è indicativa" perchè il medico non ha firmato il referto e lo farà il prossimo lunedì !!!! Ma pensate che alla gente regalano il tempo, la benzina e soprattutto parcheggiare è difficile e bisogna anche pagare la sosta....Siate più coerenti con le date di ritiro o valutate il disservizio del medico !!!! L’unica cosa che non mi piace per niente sono le prenotazioni online, tante volte il sito si blocca e non si riesce a prenotare nulla, telefono esiste solo per bellezza ! Se hai un’urgenza non sono raggiungibili! È una cosa bella mettere innovazione ma non bisogna dimenticare che non tutti hanno possibilità e capacità di navigare, e quindi non deve risultare l’unico modo di prenotazione.

Paghiamo, ci dicono che entro due settimane saranno pronti i risultati della biopsia. Ad oggi dopo 24 giorni ancora nessun riscontro, dopo due telefonate, durante le quali i motivi dei ritardi sono sempre dovuti al covid, sono state prolungate sempre le tempistiche, oltre a cio, il referto dell'esame non è mai stato caricato sul fascicolo sanitario e il pagamento effettuato non risulta nemmeno nell'estratto conto delle spese sanitare su sito dell'agenzia delle entrate, nonostante abbia fornito il mio codice fiscale, da evitare!
