S	Stefano Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamenti tamponi covid fuorvianti,hai un orario ma fai la coda anche di un ora e se hai piccoli al seguito il disagio é doppio,magari hai lasciato da un altra parte convinto di far prima qui...non corretti,dovrebbero dirlo chiaro quando chiami Misleading covid tampon appointments, you have a schedule but you queue for even an hour and if you have children in tow the discomfort is double, maybe you left somewhere else convinced to do here first ... not correct, they should make it clear when you call

Arrivata in ampio anticipo (5 ore dalla partenza), con prenotazione per il tampone, ma fatto lo stesso 3 ore di coda e non sono riuscita a fare il tampone. Volo perso (due voli, il primo da Linate e di conseguenza anche il successivo per la seconda parte del viaggio)). Coda mista senza nessuna priorita' per chi avesse necessita' di viaggiare. Gestione ridicola e vergognosa. Non usate mai questa struttura se intendete viaggiare (anche se non dovete viaggiare, gestione pessima su tutti i fronti) SHAMEFUL SERVICE - FLIGHT LOST DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE. Arrived well in advance (5 hours from departure), with reservation for the buffer, but still queued for 3 hours and I was unable to do the tampon. Missed flight (two flights, the first from Linate and consequently also the next for the second part of the trip). Mixed queue without any priority for those who need to travel. Ridiculous and shameful management. Never use this property if you intend to travel (even if you don't have to travel, bad management on all fronts)

Darei 100 stelle ma non si può, poi ti consiglia, ti fa ragionare, è l'amico del Philler dalla porta accanto, praticamente Top. Cristian is the top ... He cuddles your lips. I would give 100 stars but you can't, then he advises you, he makes you think, he is Philler's friend from next door, practically Top.
W	Walid Mizaague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato la visita dermatologica, mi e stato dato l'appuntamento il 18/04 che si è rivelato pasquetta, ho aspettato più di un mese la visita, prima del 18/04 non sono stato contattato per un cambio appuntamento, ho dovuto richiamare io per avere spiegazioni, lavandosene le mani mi hanno dato un'altro appuntamento il 11/05 praticamente un'altro mese dopo, non hanno provato a venirmi in contro essendo loro l'errore e non ho nemmeno delle scuse. Questo e il servizio che ho ricevuto. I booked the dermatological visit, I was given the appointment on 18/04 which turned out to be Easter Monday, I waited more than a month for the visit, before 18/04 I was not contacted for a change of appointment, I had to call back for explanations, washing their hands they gave me another appointment on 11/05 practically another month later, they didn't try to come up against me as they were the mistake and I don't even have an apology. This is the service I received.

Anche il personale all'ingresso ha sempre risposto alle mie telefonate e mi ha accolto praticamente 3 minuti dopo essere arrivato. Dr Mortarino immediately made me feel at ease and worked with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Definitely recommended! The staff at the entrance also always answered my phone calls and greeted me practically 3 minutes after arriving.

Incapacità che mi ha costretta a fare seduta aggiuntiva altrove xche’ avevo un sopracciglio più alto dell’altro di 3 cm. Non ha risposto al telefono quando gliel’ho fatto presente. Mi ha fatto rimbalzare dalla segretaria. Non raccomando anzi state attente!!!!! Dr Mortarino Christian unprofessional, 40% increase in the price of Botox compared to 2019. Inability that forced me to have an additional session elsewhere because I had an eyebrow 3 cm higher than the other. He didn't answer the phone when I mentioned it to him. He made me bounce to the secretary. I do not recommend indeed be careful !!!!!
