In via dei Platani si trova anche il reparto glicine che in effetti è bianco con serramenti marroni. The way indicated on maps is wrong. The entrance is located in via Bettinelli and the exit in via dei Platani. In via dei Platani there is also the wisteria department which is actually white with brown windows.

Tutto molto sospetto, mi hanno fatto sospendere i farmaci per una settimana per un esame che non hanno fatto! La coerenza? I do not doubt the quality on a medical level but after having booked a specialist examination and an attached exam, they only give me a visit, giving me the commitment for the exam, forcing me to have to rebook the exam. All very suspicious, they made me stop drugs for a week for an exam they didn't do! Consistency?

La segretaria in accettazione ha omesso di parlarmi del servizio ritiro referti online e ho dovuto perdere tempo (1 ora di macchina più 1 ora al telefono per sentirmi dire che non si poteva più attivare il servizio ritiro referti online dopo l'accettazione) oltre che perdere soldi per ritirare dei referti che potevo tranquillamente visualizzare gratuitamente con un click. Nel 2020 e in era covid dovreste svegliarvi e pensare al servizio al paziente, non solo scriverlo. Siete davvero pessimi e preistorici. Addebiterei alla segretaria i 15euro di benzina oltre al tempo richiesto al lavoro. For me you don't even deserve a star. BAD CUSTOMER CARE. Data stampa referto sabato 22 maggio, messa a disposizione online solo adesso, piu' di 48 ore dopo, nonostante il tempo perso al telefono e via mail pregandoli di rispettare i tempi previsti. Inaccettabile. Very disappointing experience with a covid test done by my wife, necessary for a non-postponable international trip. An excellent structure with competent doctors .... unfortunately with lacking cup staff, .... I am 45 minutes in the queue for acceptance ... at the beginning there were only 10 numbers in front of me .... ne I still have 3 at present ...... bradibi ....
