La sera del 03/10 ho fatto un ordine che non è mai arrivato. Oggi ricevo un'email da JustEat che afferma che il ristorante è in disaccordo con la mia richiesta di rimborso. Trovo estremamente scorretto il comportamento del ristorante. I can understand that it is human to make mistakes but the way to handle an order that never arrives from the restaurant is bankruptcy. On the evening of 03/10 I placed an order that never arrived. Today I get an email from JustEat stating that the restaurant is disagreeing with my refund request. I find the restaurant's behavior extremely incorrect.

Ma peggio ancora è arrivata dentro cartone umido, fredda, bruciata per metà ai bordi, e il resto non bruciato, gommoso e poco cotto. Inaccettabile e immangiabile. La Coca in omaggio non ripaga una cena rovinata. Non farò mai più un’ordine da voi. Ordered through the Just Eat app intrigued by the numerous reviews. The pizza arrived an hour late. But worse still, it came in damp, cold cardboard, half burnt at the edges, and the rest unburned, chewy and undercooked. Unacceptable and inedible. Complimentary Coke doesn't pay off a ruined dinner. I will never place an order from you again.
