★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione negativissima al direttore di questa banca in quanto mi ha umiliata telefonicamente.. non è in grado di avere un dialogo con i clienti in quanto anziché trovare una soluzione ai problemi li crea .. dopo piu di 10 anni in questa banca mi vedo costretta a cambiare... posso fare invece una recensione positiva alla signora Stefania sempre disponibile e premurosa verso il cliente.
Very negative review to the director of this bank as he humiliated me by telephone .. he is unable to have a dialogue with customers as instead of finding a solution to the problems he creates them .. after more than 10 years in this bank I find myself forced to change ... I can instead give a positive review to Mrs. Stefania always available and caring towards the customer.
