S	Stella Margherita Rinaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa 10 giorni fa, ho fissato al centralino un appuntamento col "direttore", a oggi, 6/10/2020, alle ore 14:30, presso filiale Saronno, in quanto poi era presente a giorni alterni, per agenda piena, non si poteva prima, nonostante l'appuntamento avesse carattere d'urgenza, in quanto dovevo discutere possibilità aziendali riguardanti la Cessione del credito per imprese, tanto pubblicizzata da Carige. Oltre al fatto che si è presentato un certo "Max" dicendo che ieri avrebbe incontrato il direttore al bar, il quale avrebbe dato appuntamento per stesso giorno/orario mio.. cosa che già di per sé mi ha fatto ridere per la mancanza di professionalità, dopo ben 20 minuti di attesa, ho chiesto se si poteva sapere almeno il tempo d'attesa e il "direttore" chiedendo "chi è questa qua" non si è degnato nemmeno di alzarsi per venire a scusarsi, a chiedermi di aspettare, a chiedermi ulteriore appuntamento.. nulla.. se non un "falla venire altro giorno".. conclusione della triste storia, mi sono alzata e me ne sono andata. Ho perso un'ora del mio tempo e ho lasciato il cantiere senza il direttore dei lavori, inoltre non avevo (aimé) sentito altri, per cui anche 10 giorni, per quello che per la mia attività era un'appuntamento importante, per stare a vedere questo circo massimo. Agghiacciante. Una stellina è già un lusso per questa filiale.
