★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dire di avere una grandissima esperienza in rapporti con agenzie immobiliari, anche perché dopo essermi affidato a Maria Teresa e a Nancy, non ho sentito esigenze di affidarmi ad altri.
Il mercato immobiliare è notoriamente frequentato da tanti personaggi non propriamente affidabili, pertanto una volta conosciute meglio e appena ho avuto modo di verificare il loro modus operandi ho preferito non rischiare con altri.
Oltre la professionalità, devo assolutamente lodarle soprattutto dal punto di vista umano.
Se dovessi cambiare nuovamente casa, mi affiderei di nuovo alle loro cure.
I can't say I have a great experience in dealing with real estate agencies, also because after having entrusted myself to Maria Teresa and Nancy, I didn't feel the need to entrust myself to others.
The real estate market is notoriously frequented by many characters that are not really reliable, so once I got to know better and as soon as I got to check their modus operandi I preferred not to risk it with others.
Beyond professionalism, I absolutely have to praise them above all from the human point of view.
If I had to change house again, I would trust them again.

In particolare Nancy, senza nulla togliere alle sue colleghe, è stata da subito molto disponibile e propositiva anche quando eravamo piuttosto scoraggiati. Se non fosse stato per lei non avremmo trovato la casa adatta alle nostre esigenze.

The agency does not deny the quality of the franchise to which it is affiliated, but the added value that makes the difference in this case are the people who work there. In particular, Nancy, without taking anything away from her colleagues, was immediately very helpful and proactive even when we were rather discouraged. If it hadn't been for her we wouldn't have found the house suited to our needs.

Ho incontrato delle persone non solo preparate professionalmente ma ,particolare non da sottovalutare, molto disponibili anche da un punto di vista umano, pronte a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente.
Seguito dalla firma del compromesso fino a quella dell'atto notarile, avvenuto in data odierna.
