Faccio una proposta di vendita accettata a parole dal costruttore e dall' agente, fino al punto che sull' ingresso comunica all' uomo delle pulizie, che non disturberemo più. Mi reco in sede, viene scritta la proposta di acquisto, ma non viene bloccata la trattativa, per cui per conto proprio l' appartamento viene fatto vedere ad altre persone e venduto. Naturalmente non vengo nemmeno avvisato, se non mi facessi lo scrupolo di chiamare dopo qualche giorno . Agenzia totalmente sbilanciata sul venditore con scarsa tutela del compratore. Almeno un email di scuse dal proprietario si potevano fare.. Ora è chiaro? I drive 200 km to see an apartment. I go to the office, the purchase proposal is written, but the negotiation is not blocked, so the apartment is shown to other people and sold on one's own account. Of course I am not even notified, if I did not scruple to call after a few days. Agency totally unbalanced on the seller with little protection for the buyer. At least one apology email from the owner could be done .. Now is that clear?
