★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zanzariere e tende montate ma poi ho trovato il servizio clienti che lascia molto a desiderare: per avere risposta dopo una segnalazione di solito si ricontatta il cliente e non lo si abbandona per anni.
Preferisco chiamare altri per la riparazione. Sconsigliato.
Mosquito nets and curtains mounted but then I found the customer service that leaves a lot to be desired: to get an answer after a report usually contact the customer and do not abandon him for years.
I prefer to call others for repair. Not recommended.

Since I contacted them I have been followed in all respects, from the super professional and helpful inspection of Mr. Carlotti, to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Elena Carlino who followed me and assisted me in the whole procedure of the ENEA practice for the bonus tents and not only.
