Che dire mi sono trovato benissimo, spedizione a basso prezzo, imballaggio preciso, arrivato nemmeno in 24 ore al destinatario. Altro che Poste Italiane!! Ora in avanti spedirò solo con loro. I trusted them for the first time for an expedition to Italy. What can I say I had a great time, low-cost shipping, precise packaging, arrived even in 24 hours to the recipient. Other than the Italian Post Office !! Now onwards I will only ship with them.

Dopo 3 giorni, non avendo ricevuto nulla, li contatto per capire come mai.......risposta: "sciopero del corriere. Partirà subito". Controllo sul sito la tracciabilità,nulla. chiamo il corriere e non risulta nessuno sciopero nei giorni precedenti se non a Bergamo. Richiamo la sede mbe mi confermano che la bici era partita, e mi avrebbero mandato una mail di conferma. Questa mail non è mai arrivata. A questo punto vado di persona e vedo li ancora la bici così come la avevo consegnata. Le scuse sono state molteplici ma nessuna aveva un senso. Bugiardi, incompetenti inaffidabili. Negative experience. A week ago we agreed to ship a bike. After 3 days, having received nothing, I contact them to understand why ....... reply: "courier strike. He will leave immediately". I check the site for traceability, nothing. I call the courier and there is no strike in the previous days except in Bergamo. I call the MBE office again and they confirm that the bike had left, and they would have sent me a confirmation email. This email never came. At this point I go in person and I still see the bike there as I had delivered it. The apologies were manifold but none made sense. Liars, incompetent unreliable.

Il contenuto è arrivato danneggiato e nessuno mi ha mai risposto ne tanto meno rimborsato perché non assicurato. Questo non toglie che debbano prendere i miei pacchi a calci! In aggiunta la spedizione mi doveva costare 18 euro ma ho consegnato 20 euro perché il corriere era privo di resto. Ovviamente nessuna risposta alle mail neppure per il rimborso almeno della spedizione che invece è dovuta nel caso di danneggiamento del contenuto. Pessimi. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Very unfortunate experience. They collected a parcel in Saronno and then sent it through TNT. The content arrived damaged and no one ever replied to me, much less reimbursed because it was not insured. This does not mean that they have to kick my parcels! In addition, the shipment was supposed to cost me 18 euros but I delivered 20 euros because the courier was free of change. Obviously, no reply to the emails, not even for the reimbursement of at least the shipment which is instead due in the event of damage to the content. Bad. Absolutely not recommended.

Ho potuto interagire con loro costantemente e ricevendo sempre una grande cortesia. La spedizione è stata consegnata in pochissimo tempo e perfettamente integra. Considerando il costo devo ammettere che il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è davvero eccellente. Sicuramente mi affidero' sempre a loro in futuro. Mi reco sul posto e il pacco non c'è. Mi dicono di sentire il corriere. Il tutto in periodo di lockdown. A parcel has been lost. And so far not bad.
