Il personale del centro mi ha aiutata, mi ha ben consigliato i trattamenti necessari per le mie criticità e programmato un piano personalizzato che è durato qualche mese. Sono riuscita finalmente a togliere i kg di troppo e a modellare la silhouette nei punti critici. Il tutto accompagnata da una nutrizionista brava e competente che mi ha aiutato a cambiare il mio regime alimentare. Tutto lo staff è cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Great experience. La signora mi aveva detto che 10sedute SICURO AL 100% sarebbe bastate per completare il tutto. Mi sembrava strano però mi sono affidata agli “esperti”. Arrivati all’ultima seduta, vedevo che i pelli c’erano ancora… vado a chiedere ,e si presenta un’altra persona la quale era la sostiuta della prima, dicendomi che non era vero che con 10 sedute tutto va via , e perciò ne dovevo fare altre 10 , come se nulla fosse. È assolutamente da migliorare il modo come si rivolgono ai clienti. Migliaia di euro per niente! 0 reliability. I was in this center 2 years ago. I spent a lot of money on laser EPILATION sessions. Una vera truffa, ho solo indebolito i peli con lo stesso risultato di un trattamento estetico. I bought a laser hair removal package at much higher than average prices, being a medical type, they assured me that I could solve the problem. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, dall'accoglienza reception al trattamento vero e proprio. Alessia mi ha accolto e trattato benissimo ogni volta, professionalmente ma anche con sorrisi e tanta cordialità, creando un'atmosfera certamente piacevole. Seguo insieme anche un piano nutrizionale, assegnato dalla dottoressa che è molto esauriente e disponibile, e esegue i controlli monitorando e rivedendo eventuali necessità di aggiustamenti. Precedentemente, ero già stata molto soddisfatta, avendo fatto un ciclo di epilazione laser definitivo, una bomba... niente di paragonabile minimamente con l'epilazione fatta nei centri estetici: questo è un laser medico, all'alessandrite, e già dopo le primissime sedute c'è una visibile apprezzabilissima diminuzione dei peli superflui, anche quelli fitti e molto grossi come avevo io. L'ho già consigliato ad altre persone per passaparola.
