L	Laura Leorsini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo centro tramite coupon per una pulizia del viso. La pulizia del viso in sé è stata fatta abbastanza bene. Mi è stato chiesto se volessi fare i baffetti e ho detto sì, perché spesso sono inclusi nel trattamento. In realtà solo dopo la signora ha specificato che avrei dovuto pagare in più, cosa che ho trovato poco professionale. Inoltre ha una mano pesantissima, ha insistito molto sulla zona già sensibile per via delle creme anti-acne che sto usando (cosa che avevo anche fatto presente). Sono uscita dal centro leggermente arrossata ma stamattina ho proprio un'abrasione visibile sotto al naso, quindi 5 euro buttati (più altri 15 di crema per le bruciature che ho dovuto comprare in farmacia). Leggendo poco fa le altre recensioni ho tra l'altro scoperto che non sono l'unica ad aver avuto questo problema. Di sicuro i miei soldi non li vedranno più. He also has a very heavy hand, he insisted a lot on the already sensitive area because of the anti-acne creams I am using (which I had also mentioned). I left the center slightly red but this morning I saw an abrasion visible under the nose, then 5 euros thrown away (plus another 15 of burns cream that I had to buy at the pharmacy). Reading the other reviews a little while ago, I discovered that I am not the only one to have had this problem. Surely my money won't see them anymore.

Avendo io allergie sono andata col capello già lavato e non mi sono state fatte cose in aggiunta senza averle concordate, come invece dicono molti altri commenti. Io posso solo dire che la ragazza è stata gentilissima, attenta e ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, sono uscita dal negozio molto soddisfatta del risultato. Sono comunque tornata a casa con delle ciocche più lunghe e dei capelli a zig zag dietro. In più son dovuta andare da un altro parrucchiere per farmeli sistemare spendendo altri 40 euro, dal momento che la prima disponibilità che il centro Hi Beauty Lab mi ha dato era di una settimana dopo e non potevo avere dei capelli indecenti nel mentre. Non tornerò mai più! I won't set foot there again! I had to make a simple even cut. They cut my hair three times because it was all crooked. I still came home with longer locks and zigzag hair at the back. In addition, I had to go to another hairdresser to have them fixed by spending another 40 euros, since the first availability that the Hi Beauty Lab center gave me was a week later and I could not have indecent hair in the meantime. I will never go back!

Non mi era mai capitato di rinunciare ad un grupon ma questa volta non ce l'ho proprio fatta! Dopo 45 minuti che chiedevo di fare solo i trattamenti che avevo acquistato ho mollato... rinuncio! Sconsiglio vivamente. I strongly advise against buying grupon, in my opinion it is just a red herring. They think they are marketing by bringing the staff directly to the center with a group. It had never happened to me to give up a group but this time I just didn't make it! After 45 minutes of asking to do only the treatments I had purchased, I gave up ... I give up! I strongly advise against.

Il personale è gentile e la struttura molto bella e facile da raggiungere. Ottimo prezzo per i servizi proposti! Un'ora prima dell'appuntamento mi chiamano e mi chiedono di posticipare di un'ora.. accetto senza fare storie. Arrivo e la parrucchiera è in ritardo. Quando arriva mi chiede cosa devo fare e mi dice che il trattamento ossigenante non si può fare perchè la macchina è rotta. Chiedo perchè la persona con cui ho parlato poco prima al telefono non me l'abbia detto. Non mi fornisce risposta. Chiedo se c è questa persona in modo da poterci parlare e mi dice che non c è. Aggiunge che una seduta di trattamento ossigenante non serve assolutamente a nulla quindi non ho perso nulla (arte commerciale, questa sconosciuta) e che mi avrebbe fatto una maschera. Tra shampoo e maschera ci ha impiegato forse 10 minuti a dire tanto. Le chiedo se veramente mi aveva fatto una maschera. Mi dice di si, mi ha fatto una maschera che non necessita di tempi di posa (prego???) ... potrei aggiungere altri dettagli ma credo di aver detto abbastanza. ADIEU CINEMA!
