Neppure rispondono alle mail: inaffidabili, assenti e tutt'altro che professionali. Valutazione? ZERO stelle. Consigli? Rivolgetevi altrove. Scarsa professionalità, risposte in tempi infiniti per questioni elementari, i segretari non sanno neppure di cosa tu stia parlando, l'amministratrice non pervenuta. Per due mesi abbiamo atteso un'autorizzazione che non è mai arrivata causa mancanza di consenso da parte dei condomini. Potevano benissimo avvertirci sin da subito. Alle chiamate non rispondono, non ti richiamano nonostante le ripetute promesse. Se questa è la trafila per questioni elementari come l'allaccio di una fibra non voglio immaginarmi il loro comportamento per altro tipo di questioni. COMPLETAMENTE INAFFIDABILI, SCARSAMENTE PROFESSIONALI, EVANESCENTI, ASSENTI, NON INTERESSATI AL BENE DEL CLIENTE. Diffidate, cercate altro. A star is a compliment. Do not rely on this company for any reason.
