★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up a printer which we order online and need to pay on store and pick up the order. When I went there to pick our printer customer service assistant ANNA told me I can not pick it because I need self Declaration to pick up the printer. She was adament I can't pick up because it's the system. Than I again explained to her I need to pay here why I should need declaration which didn't make sense to me. She than went to manager and asked which he said ok. This is the second time I went there to buy different things and it always seem they are not well trained and don't know what's going on . ANNA is also rude the way she approached and served me but pretend she knows what she is doing. Please avoid or order from somewhere else if you can.
