★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato giorno 15 dicembre un paio di scarpe, dopo essere stata rassicurata riguardo il fatto che mi sarebbero arrivate entro Natale.
Oggi è 24 e non è arrivato nulla, per di più ho chiamato infinite volte per avere notizie e non mi ha mai risposto nessuno. Mi avevano detto mi sarebbe anche arrivata una mail per il tracking e non è arrivata neanche quella. Posso anche capire il ritardo, ma almeno una risposta telefonica non sarebbe male. Ho fatto un regalo che probabilmente non avrò in tempo e di cui non so nulla.
 I ordered a pair of shoes on December 15th, after being reassured that they would arrive by Christmas.
Today is 24 and nothing has arrived, moreover I have called countless times to get news and no one has ever answered me. They told me I would also receive an email for tracking and that did not arrive either. I can also understand the delay, but at least a telephone answer would not be bad. I made a gift that I probably won't get in time and that I don't know about.

Excellent shop of articles for sport and free time, shoes, tracksuits, t-shirts and accessories, inside the Forum in Palermo. We found qualified, courteous and extremely helpful staff. With a young and kind lady in charge of the sales, we even enjoyed talking pleasantly about catering and wine. A shop that I recommend.
