Bene, andiamo con gli sconti e veniva a costare 100 euro, diamo un occhiata ad altre scarpe E c'erano molte misure "mancanti" cosa praticamente impossibile dopo 10 minuti dall'apertura a primo giorno di sconti. Ma, guardacaso, tutte le scarpe non in saldo avevano le misure. Presa in giro e basta. ... we had to buy a Nike shoe that cost 120 euros, the shop assistant tells us to come back with the discounts that we would have taken 80 euros. Hanno sbagliato sia modello che misura. Dopo essermi recato in negozio per fare reso e cambio la commessa mi dice che non hanno la misura ed il modello da me richiesto. Lasciando stare il fatto che mi hanno trattato come se fossi un problema e di questo ci sono rimasto veramente male, dato che sono vostro cliente da decenni, dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa tra discorsi e "rimpalli" vari mi viene detto di consegnare la scarpa e di prendere un buono da loro emesso con validita 12 mesi e riscuotibile in qualsiasi altro punto vendita. Io ovviamente ho seguito il loro consiglio ed ho preso il buono. Stizziti e come se mi avessero fatto il favore della vita mi congedano. Vado in un altro punto vendita e mi viene detto che il buono da loro emesso PUÒ ESSERE RISCOSSO SOLO NEL LORO PUNTO VENDITA PERCHÉ È UN PUNTO DIREZIONALE ED ESSENDO L'UNICO A PALERMO GLI ALTRI NON POSSONO FARE NIENTE. RISULTATO: 1) ho perso la mia unica mattinata libera girando come uno scemo senza risolvere niente. 2) mi ritrovo in tasca un buono da 140 euro CENTOQUARANTA! di cui non so che farmene perché NON INTENDO TORNARE IN QUEL PUNTO VENDITA DI PRESUNTUOSI. RESULT: 1) I lost my only free morning running like a fool without solving anything. 2) I find in my pocket a 140 euro HUNDRED AND FORTY voucher! of which I do not know what to do with it because I DO NOT INTEND TO RETURN TO THAT POINT OF SALE OF PRESUMPTION. (It was my Christmas present and the person who gave it to me was more annoyed than me).
