Mi trovavo li per comprare insieme a mia figlia un regalo per una sua amica. Tutti i prodotti mi hanno lasciato perplesso!

Ho aspettato 10 minuti che una delle due si liberasse per chiedere di provare delle scarpe (ne avrei acquistate 3), e quando finalmente una di loro era libera, ha servito una ragazza appena entrata. Alla mia lamentela la risposta è stata “Non avete considerazione.” Non ho avuto la forza di controbattere, ma chi fa selezione del personale dovrebbe valutare la gestione dello stress, lavorare con il pubblico non è da tutti. Ho salutato e sono andata via. Sicuramente non ci metterò mai più piede.
11:15 am on a Tuesday morning, the shop has been open for a couple of hours and the orders are already in crisis. I waited 10 minutes for one of the two to get free to ask to try on some shoes (I would have bought 3), and when finally one of them was free, he served a girl who had just entered. I didn't have the strength to argue, but those who select personnel should evaluate stress management, working with the public is not for everyone. I said goodbye and left. I will certainly never set foot in it again.
